Welcome to Your Fit - Nutrition + Fitness Professionals

Hi there, Welcome to Your Fit a place where you put the personal into your training and dietary goals. We see things a little differently here and if it doesn’t matter to you then it doesn’t matter to us! Training out of Nundah, we are proud of our judgement free, friendly environment. Open to both males and females we specialise in Weight loss, Pilates, Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Strength Training, HIIT, Injury Rehabilitation but promise to have heap of FUN while doing it! We aren’t too interested in what other PTs or Dietitians are doing, we are just interested in you and not in pushing you to the point of being sick so you never exercise again but in supporting YOUR FIT and what works for you in your diet and exercise! We do this through one on one, group training sessions, bootcamps and individual dietitian consultations or combination packages tailored to your needs. Learn More

“I started training with Amy & Sean in 2013, with the motivation to get fit for our wedding and fit into my dress in April 2014. I was always so tired & sluggish & couldnt get through the day without copious amounts of caffeine & just felt awful in my clothes! After my first session I thought I was going to die, but with the help of some encouraging words instead of the old self never returning, I was determined to get fit for the wedding.

I then began to enjoy exercise! I had fun, looked forward to getting up at 5am & was disappointed if it was ever too wet and cancelled! Now, two months after the wedding, where I felt the most amazing I ever have, looked fantastic & had so many compliments on how fit I look, I am still enjoying training! Amy and Sean's positive attitude is contagious & I can't thank them enough for what they have helped me achieve. They have also inspired me to achieve my new goal of attaining my own PT qualifications & inspiring other people."
